With the latest obsession being Gigi Hadid's sporty-glam style, it was a no-brainer to do this look in beautiful Braamfontein. This urban setting of the recently modernized city coupled with the latest of fashion hype make a match made in heaven.
The inspiration behind this look was the timeless trend to combine luxury pieces while attaining an effortless and comfortable look. As we see more and more runway collection trading in massive stilettos for sneakers or running shoes, it seems like comfort is 'tres chic'.
I paired some bright neon nike training shoes, a strappy cotton top and ripped jean shorts for the comfort element ( nothing is simpler than shorts and a plain T). The elevation of the look came in a Country Road bomber jacket with a delicate - yet edgy - leather detail over the shoulders. To match the edginess, I added a leather rocker Jimmy Choo. This bag is absolutely brilliant if you want a designer bag that doesn't scream its name to the world, looks super dope, and is incredible comfortable to just swing over the shoulders. This look is definitely one of my favourites.
